i got a letter today from the sociology department congratulating me on my high mark in intro to sociology (i JUST got a B which starts at 70, and i got a 70 exactly).
maybe everyone did just that bad? as i know for some tests the average was barely above 50%

course selection is stressful especially after 1st year. i don't think i'm going to have any room for electives this year! and it sucks that all film courses are 3 hour night classes... the worst.

I have 4 studio classes at 4 hours each. One day I have 4 hour Sculpture, 6 hour break, 3 hour Art History. No comment.

Well, Sculpture starts at 8 and Art History ends at nine....*stabs self*.
Not only do I have to wake up early for the hour bus ride but I also have to leave late. And odds are I'm not going to be coming back home during the 6 hour break, that's just too much of a hassle.

i just finished choosing courses, but i don't get to do course selection until wednesday so it's not official yet. if i get the schedule i have now, it would be soo sweet because i'd only have 1 class on fridays, only one 8:30 class all year, and nothing that goes past 5:30. the only bad thing would be that first semester i'd have three 3 hour long lectures, and on tuesdays i'd have class from 10:00-2:30 straight.. but i can deal with that. i think.
i'm kind of scared because if even one of these courses are full it could mess up my whole schedule! i'll have to wait until i get home from work at 4:30 to choose, when it starts at 1:30..

Ahh that sucks. Last semester on Thursdays I had class from 10:30-6:30 straight. It was horrible. But luckily my 12:30-2:30 class was a lab and I usually got it done in around an hour and a bit, so I had some time to eat then. :P

My tuition for first year is now fully paid by scholariships with 1300$ left over for me to spend as I wish. This is without the Queen Elizabeth grant too, so that'll rack me in some dough too.

Damn, am I happppppppy!
